When I put in the account log in and password it ssays this log in information is not associated with this account. I thought i had forgotten my password, i changed the password successfully but it keeps giving me the same dialog box.

Did you get a key when you downloaded? You should be able to activate the installation with a key. Find Project in the list and click on it.
