Zoom was working fine for a couple of days after Office install. Then zoom only offers thumbnail view in Word View and zoom change unexpectedly in Word I am using Word with Windows 10 on a new computer purchased Fall of I do not have.

I see the zoom tabs in the bottom right hand corner, yet no response comes from clicking the plus or minus. It is too small to write comfortably. How can I fix this? This issue may have been caused by add-ins incompatibility.
