The instructions on the product key specify “not labeled for individual resale” see photo. Microsoft usually goes out of their way to make discs and labels hard to copy with all kinds of fancy stuff like intricate patterns, metal fibers woven into the label, and holographic images.

None of this was present and the labels most definitely are just copies or printouts see photos. The price is extremely low compared to other sources. As long as the key is working I shouldn’t be too concerned but what if MS decide to blacklist it?

Sorry this didn’t help. I bought MS Standard Project in Can I reinstall it using the same key , expecting no charge, of course? From what I have tried over the last few days, this issue has been caused by Microsoft Office confusing my Project license a key with my company’s O license which does not have Project included.

Even though my Project key is valid on its own, Project is failing to launch because my O does not have Project. This wasn’t a problem last week – it just started happening when Microsoft pushed out a O update. To make matters worse, I have tried to completely dis-associate with my company’s O and just use my Office key instead – and it refuses to do it!

It’s like Hotel California!
